Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. KILLOFFSEASON is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
If you do not receive tracking information within the stated processing window, please contact our customer support team.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
KILLOFFSEASON is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and assist accordingly.
